At the beginning of the project, I researched and learned a lot about human muscles. The bony landmarks are areas of the body where the bone is closer to the surface and are visible on most people. These landmarks help us
understand where muscles connect and how to form areas of the body.
Think of these as the foundation of a house. Once we identify the bony
landmarks it makes it so much easier to start building the body

When sculpting the human figure, it’s important to understand the key structural differences between male and female bodies. These differences influence proportion, rhythm, silhouette, and the overall feeling of the sculpture. While every individual is unique, recognizing these general patterns helps create more believable and intentional figures

To create a captivating figure sculpture, it’s best to conceive of the structure beforehand. A clear framework allows you to construct the human form through defined, purposeful steps. Each step builds upon the previous one, enabling you to complete the sculpture progressively without feeling overwhelmed. This is similar to the method used by master sculptors when creating the finest works.

While studying muscles, my friends and I went to a museum to see the muscles and postures of the sculptures up close.

It has been very useful for me in sculpting the human body. I thoroughly enjoy the process of sculpting, and it will also be very helpful for my future studies, so I cherish this opportunity to train.

No matter how simple or complex the pose, the sculpting process remains consistent. Whether standing, sitting, or lying down, we always establish the appropriate posture and energy first, and then proceed with structure, anatomy, and fine sculpting. Each pose presents its unique challenges, such as balance, tension, overlapping forms, and variations in the distribution of weight. But by following a structured workflow, these challenges become easier to manage. It is this consistency that allows you to confidently handle increasingly dynamic human figures.
